Moscow International Automobile Salon

This year's Interauto/Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS) takes place from 29 August to 4 September 2007 at one of Russia's most modern fairgrounds, the Crocus International Exhibition Center in Moscow.

In 2007 the exhibition will have the following main sections: automobile, automotive components and commercial vehicles exposition. The exhibits in all sections will be accommodated inside the halls only. It should be noted that the exhibits will be located with their specialization taken into consideration as much as possible.

The Automobile section will cover all four halls in Pavilion 1. Total exhibition space in the pavilion is 28, 000 sq.m. Three out of four halls will feature passenger cars and the section on car audio and tuning will be accommodated in the fourth hall.

The Automotive Components section will take up the four halls of Pavilion 2, on an exhibition area covering 30, 000 sq.m and in Pavilion 1, Hall 3. The demonstration of car chemicals products will take place in Hall 6, companies specializing in car technical service, maintenance and repair works will present their achievements in Hall 7 and participants in the market for automotive components, spare parts and accessories will be displaying their exhibits in Halls 9 and 10.

A special feature of the exhibition is the location of the Commercial Transport section inside a pavilion instead of a location on the open-air site. The exposition will cover 20, 000 sq.m of exhibit space inside new halls of Crocus Expo IEC Pavilion 3.

Thus the total covered exhibition space at InterAuto-2007 will exceed 78, 000 sq.m, which allows to rank it on a par with the largest automobile shows in the world.
