8-th International Exhibition EXPOSTONE-2007

The Exhibition is organized by the Exhibition Complex "Expostroy na Nakhimovskom" and the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Russia. The Exhibition will be held on June 26-29, 2007 in Moscow at the territory of All-Russian Exhibition Center (VVC), pavilion 69.

The main task of the Exhibition – to demonstrate possibilities of a wide utilization of natural stone in a town planning, architecture, art, to show new technologies of mining and stone processing, a broad variety of equipment for stone mining and processing industries, tools for stone processing, beautiful stone products – in other words, to show the best achievements of the industry.

In the exposition will be shown: technologies, equipment and tools for stone processing; utilization of natural stone in architecture and town construction; stone goods, stone in art and folk trades; culture of stone use; utilization of stone processing waste; ritual stone products.

Year out the Exhibition is growing - exposition areas increase on the average by 20%, the exhibitors' number is parallel growing. This year 300 companies from 19 countries will participate in the Exhibition - Russia, Armenia, Brazil, China, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Italy, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Poland, Portugal, Republic San-Marino, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, USA. The Exhibition area this year is about 9 000 sqm.

The business programme of the Exhibition is, as usual, vast. It includes scientific – practical Conferences on topics: "Natural stone in restoration of historical – architectural monuments" and "Computer integrated technologies and diamond tools in stone processing production", seminars, round tables, meetings of specialists.

During the Exhibition will be organized presentations of companies, special literature, there will be working a consultation centre. The Exhibition is becoming more spectacular. Visitors will have possibility to see how natural stone is processed using the newest technologies, to acquaint themselves with the latest tendencies of a stone use in a modern interiors design, combination of its various kinds and colours.
