The Speciality & Fine Food Fair

The Speciality & Fine Food Fair showcases the finest offerings in exceptional food and drink from small producers, UK regional food groups and international suppliers. Open from 2-4 September, and taking place at London's Olympia, the Speciality & Fine Food Fair creates the perfect environment to discover something truly sensational.

The Fair is renowned for bringing together the UK's largest gathering of the Speciality food business. Hundreds of fine food producers from Britain and around the world come together to meet and talk shop with delicatessen owners, restaurateurs, chefs, distributors, retailers, hoteliers and foodservice operators.

The unique small producers scheme, run by organisers Fresh RM, allows even the smallest business to take part, guaranteeing that there is always something new to see. Many new ideas and business are launched here every year making the Speciality & Fine Food Fair a hotbed of new products and innovation.

Those with a specific interest in local sourcing should explore the innovative and artisan products from the British Regional Groups. The South East Food Group, Bord Bia, Northumbria Larder, Highlands and Islands, The Welsh Assembly, East Midlands Fine Foods, Heart of England Fine Foods, Taste of the West, Taste of Anglia, North West Fine Foods and Deliciously Yorkshire are amongst those showcasing the very best from their regions.

In addition to the companies and products on show, the Fine Food Forum and Small Business Forum provide opportunities to take away invaluable advice and information to help improve your business.

The Fine Food Forum features live demonstrations, tastings and buying tutorials from some of the industry's leading chefs and experts, while the Small Business Forum provides practical business advice and case studies from 'marketing on a small budget' to 'to 'getting the most out of your staff'.
