InfoComm 07, the largest tradeshow serving the professional audiovisual industry, offers its 28, 000 attendees access to the finest education and training taught by leading industry experts. More than 250 classes, seminars and workshops will be available June 15-21, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

InfoComm's Institute for Professional Development, sponsored by Christie Digital, offers eight different three-day courses starting Friday, June 15. These include Certification Prep, all three levels of InfoComm Academy Design courses, AV/IT Integration, Videoconference: Applications, Technology and Trends, Project Management: Competencies and Structure and Advanced Integrated Systems Sales.

Super Monday on June 18th is designed for attendees wanting intensive one-day training before the show opens. Topics include AV Best Practices, Commitment to Quality, Business Opportunities in Digital Dynamic Signage, Technology Trends, a PMI session on Managing Projects and Resources with Scheduling Tools, Introduction to Collaborative Conferencing, Telling the Story - The Essence of Effective Presentations. For the first time, InfoComm is offering a special eighth session exclusively for advanced CTS holders.

This year, InfoComm features more than 80 audio courses. Syn-Aud-Con returns with Sound Reinforcement for Designers, Friday, June 15–Monday, June 18. Three EASE workshops are being offered including Auralisation of Room Acoustics, Import and Export of DXF Drawings and Measurement of Rooms and Systems. Technologies for Worship brings 44 sessions, including eight pre-show programs and an All Day Hands-On Audio Mixing Workshop Monday, June 19. There are also two levels of new networked digital audio instruction from CobraNet – Intro to Networked Digital Audio with CobraNet and Advanced Topics in CobraNet Network Application, DSP Considerations for Conference Centers, and Snake Handling 101.

InfoComm offers an online training search that allows registrants to easily navigate the wide variety of education opportunities. Attendees can browse by instructor, course level, track or topic. Tracks include Applied Technology, Business, Industry Discipline, Technology, Technology Manager, Worship and Manufacturers Training. Topics include Audio, Business & Management, Conferencing, Control, Design, Digital Signage, Display, Distribution, IT/IP, Lighting, Project Management, Rental & Staging, Sales & Marketing, and Worship.
