Over the last six months Clarion Retail, the organisers of Pulse, have been talking to the industry to find out what retail buyers and exhibitors alike want a show to deliver. Pulse, which returns to Earls Court from 3-5 June and is already 80% booked three months in advance, has an established reputation within the community in creating retail inspiration since it was first founded five years ago. It is renowned for delivering a glittering combination of inspirational new product not seen elsewhere and showcasing the creative talent of the future.

Following the recent in-depth market consultation, new content at Pulse 2007, including a leading seminar programme, one-on-one retail surgeries, innovative new-product showcases and much more, is set to continue to lead the way in innovation and creativity in the retail industry, helping visitors to find the next big thing.

Launchpad, the area at Pulse dedicated to showcasing new designers, is doubling in size, playing host to 100 names in 2007. Launchpad provides buyers with the opportunity to find tomorrow's talent today, exhibiting many never-seen-before names who are setting the trends, and has provided a platform that has launched many design stars over the years who have gone on to achieve great success.

Pulse is delighted to announce the involvement of Josa Young, renowned trend-spotter and author of The Vogue List 2007. Josa, involved in show content creation, will also edit the Essential Guide to Pulse, providing a show bible of hot products, exhibitors, and behind-thescene stories as well as highlighting forthcoming trend predictions and exploring the reasoning behind them.
