The Exhibition of Bread, Pastry, Confectionery, Fresh Pasta and Pizza

SIAB is back with a brand new format. The International Exhibition of Bread, Pastry, Confectionery, Fresh Pasta and Pizza - celebrating its eighth edition - will be organised by VeronaFiere, a European exhibition centre with a strong vocation in agro-foods. The event will be held once again 5-9 May 2007 in the Verona Exhibition Centre and will offer operators not only a complete overview of technologies but also an analysis of state of the market and indications for business success in times characterised by far-reaching economic changes.

This agreement will ensure that exhibitors at SIAB will benefit from facilities and services significantly orientated towards the food processing world, with a strong focus on clients thanks not the least to across-the-board assistance.

SIAB has always been the landmark event for the sectors involved and now confirms its international vocation in the wake of success in previous editions.

SIAB - already acknowledged on an international scale as an essential occasion for updates in Bakery, Pastry, Confectionery, Fresh Pasta and Pizza sectors - now joins the portfolio of events organised by VeronaFiere in confirming yet again its strong agro-foods vocation: the entire value chain is highly represented - from processing to finished products.

Verona thereby becomes the exhibition centre boasting the highest concentration of events in agricultural and agro-foods sectors: events such as Vinitaly, Enolitech and Sol, Eurocarne and Acquacoltura International, Agrifood and Fieragricola see VeronaFiere focus on new prospects embracing all value chains that, with SIAB, equally confirm a precise intention to strengthen technological fields.

The coming appointment - confirming the three-year cycle in alternation with the two other international events - especially focuses on a number of key elements: even better internationality and better potential for exhibitors and visitors, thanks also to direct management by VeronaFiere.
