ValueRich Small-Cap Financial Expo Miami 2007

Small-cap America will be well represented at the ValueRich Small-cap Financial Expo in the Hotel InterContinental, Miami, March 27-28, 2007. Due to the success of last year's Miami event at the same location, ValueRich plans to return annually to the international financial hotspot and showcase emerging companies.

The CEOs and executive teams of 50 small-cap public companies will participate in this event — offering a unique format of expo-style exhibition, executive leadership business development, lavish networking events and traditional financial presentations to an audience of hundreds of investment bankers, fund managers, institutional and accredited investors, research analysts, accountants, and attorneys.

A standard feature of every ValueRich Expo is ValueRich Bankers' Row, where public company executives can meet with multiple investment banks at one location during the two-day event. The Miami 2007 Expo will include host investment banks Midtown Partners and Atlas Capital Services and is co-sponsored by Vision Opportunity Capital Partners, a PIPE investor specializing in emerging public companies.

The ValueRich Small-cap Financial Expo in Miami will also be the official launch of iValueRich.com, the new Web 2.0 community where public and private companies raise capital, go public and get market exposure. It is where investment banks go global with their placement power, and increase deal flow. iValueRich.com is the only industry-wide financial community offering money-making tools for everyone.

On March 27th, the first day of the Expo will close with a VIP After Party at South Beach's trendy Shore Club from 8-11PM. Toraño Cigars will be hand rolling cigars and handing out samples of their premium product line. The Florida Marlins Mermaids will also be making a special appearance. All Expo attendees, exhibiting companies, sponsors and host banks are invited to join in the festivities.

The Hotel InterContinental Miami is a world-class meeting hotel located in the heart of Miami's exploding Brickell Avenue financial district — a hotspot for European, South American, Caribbean and U.S. business and financial professionals.
