| The 9th Real Estate Investment and Financial Services Fair The 9th Real Estate Investment, Operations, Real Estate and Financial Services Fair will be organized by ITF-İstanbul Trade Fairs, supported by TOKİ and held at CNR Expo between 22–25 March, 2007. As one of the main sectors driving the Turkish economy, the aim of this fair is to gather national and international real estate buyers and companies together under one roof in İstanbul. Becoming more and more noticeable with each passing year and situating amongst the country's fastest growing sectors, new projects regarding the construction sector are going to be introduced at Housing and Workplace 2007. Rejuvenated by new financial models and possibilities, the current inventories in the property market and new projects realized by the sector's leading firms will be presented to consumers and investors at the fair. As experienced in the 2006 edition, the aim of this year's fair is to contribute added value in the nation's economy. A total of 20, 000 housing, 674 villa, 19 shopping center, and 54 mass housing projects were presented to visitors whereas the high percentage of pre-sales conducted at the fair contributed some serious added value to the economy. Amongst the priority aims of the Housing and Workplace 2007 are to accelerate sales in Turkey's housing sector, to bring foreign real estate investment companies together with Turkish real estate investors and to play an effective role in determining the path to follow in the sector's development. Heavy interest in this fair from foreign real estate investors, in particular from those in EU countries, is expected as a result of all encompassing overseas promotional activities. 70, 000 professional visitors passed through the turnstiles at the 2006 fair, amongst those were real estate companies, architects and real estate investment specialists. Pre-sales of 2, 850 housing units were conducted. More than 80, 000 visitors are expected at this year's fair, including contracting firms which construct mass housing units, shopping centers, plazas, real estate marketing institutions, project companies, co-operatives, manufacturers of wooden prefabs and steel structures, institutions that provide loans and insurance, decision-making executives, local and foreign individuals and institutions that invest in housing, mass housing and workplaces, real estate companies, real estate and co-operative executives, architects, interior architects, construction and landscape engineers, property investment specialists, institutions providing brokerage services, banks finance, and insurance officials and top-level income group consumers. Amongst the exhibitors set to introduce their services to consumers and investors at the Housing and Workplace 2007 are the sector's top firms and their most important projects such as Soyak, Varyap - Teknik Yapı Ortak Girişimi, KC Grup, Regnum, Han Gayrimenkul, Hektaş and Gül İnşaat. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Exhibition News :: home page |
