| The International Trade Fair Chifa / Metex / Ptg 2007 The international trade fair CHIFA / METEX / PTG 2007 will open its gates in Canton, Guangzhou again from 7-10 March, 2007. This event is organised by the China Foreign Trade Centre Group and MEREBO Messe Marketing being in charge of the European and North American participants. The fair comprises the 11th Factory Automation & Instruments Exhibition (CHIFA), the 5th Measurement & Testing Exhibition (METEX) and the 9th Power Transmission & Control Exhibition (PTG). These 3 trade shows will take place on a gross space of 24, 000 sqm in Asia's largest venue, the Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Centre. 425 exhibitors and 24, 000 trade visitors joined the event in 2006. Since the launch in 1997 CHIFA / METEX / PTG has become one of the largest and most important exhibition in this trade in Asia.
