For the more than 32, 000 attendees expected to attend ProWein 2007, March 18th – 20th, 2007, here, an especially delicious premier event awaits them in Hall 6 of the Duesseldorf Messe Fairgrounds, directly adjacent the Rhine. For the first time a special event entitled "Wine's Best Friends" will make its debut offering unique chocolates and other delicacies . These will include, but not be limited to, fine cheeses, unusual sausages, various pastas, and pesto-driven sauces as well as a vast selection of oils and vinegars.
For ProWein 2007 visitors coming from the areas of gastronomy and specialty wine retail stores, this new inclusion of "delicate-essen" or specialty-treats dining highlights, "Wines Best Friends" is sure to provide additional enticement to attend the wine and spirits world's most important annual event.
Germany's fine foods periodical, Der Feinschmecker, was engaged to provide expertise and technical assistance for this eagerly-awaited Special Event. The Feinschmecker is published by the Hamburg Jahreszeit Publishing house which alss publishes "Wein Gourmet" Magazine. Jahreszeit Publishing has been an exhibitor at ProWein since 2000, both magazines sharing a stand a group of internationally-renowned wineries.
