Label Summit India 2007

Label Summit India 2007, a high-level conference focusing on the growth opportunities in the Indian and international label industry, will take place on 7-8 March at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi. The summit will build on the outstanding success of the 2006 launch event, which welcomed 609 label industry professionals to the conference and tabletop exhibition. The event is again expected to welcome over 600 delegates.

This second Indian summit has already attracted leading brand owners and industry experts to speak at the conference. Directors and senior managers from Pepsico, GlaxoSmithKline, Tesco, Reckitt Benckiser, Mudrika Labels, Webtech Industries and Interlabels will take center stage at the conference. Mike Fairley, the internationally renowned label guru will chair and open the first day of the conference by giving an overview of the global label industry and highlighting future trends, challenges and opportunities.

Other conference topics and highlights include: trends in the Indian label industry; the economic outlook for India; the benefits of digital printing, advances in RFID technology; and the role of the Indian converter as a global player. Several international converter panel sessions will also feature during the conference. A tabletop exhibition running alongside the event will feature over 45 top international suppliers including: Nilpeter, Gallus, Mark Andy, Avery Dennison, Omet, Esko, GEW, Gidue, Rotometrics, UPM Raflatac, Kaygee Loparex, Stork and Zeller & Gmelin, to name a few.
