| The Retail Business Show Kainos, announced their participation in the upcoming Retail Business Show in London and the launch of SpeechStormTM hosted speech solution into the UK market. The Retail Business Show is the retail event in the UK and provides a constructive and relevant forum for retailers to evaluate the systems and services that will enhance their profitability and efficiency. The Retail Business Show takes place at London's Earl Court from January 31 – Feb 1. Following the success of SpeechStormTM in the retail sector of the Irish market, Kainos decided to use this event as the ideal forum to launch their SpeechStormTM platform in the UK. Dixons Service Group (Ireland), a customer electronics retailer, selected Kainos with their partner Eircom, to manage all customer calls and enquiries in their Irish operation. During the Retail Business Show, Dixons Service Manager, Phil Mooney will deliver a thought leadership session around their use of Speech technology and its' impact on their business.
