Under the International Buyer Program, the department's U.S. Commercial Service recruits foreign buyer delegations from U.S. embassies abroad and brings them to SATELLITE 2007 to facilitate matchmaking with American businesses exhibiting at the show.
The International Buyer Program provides U.S. companies interested in exporting with an excellent opportunity to meet with potential sales representatives and strategic partners without leaving the country.
"Ninety-five percent of the world's consumers are outside of the United States, and U.S. businesses need to think globally to expand their market share, " said Kevin Haley, of the U.S. Commercial Service. "The International Buyer Program can save U.S. firms valuable time and resources in meeting potential buyers."
