ICMI's 2006 Annual Call Center Exhibition

XSell LLC, a provider of comprehensive customer retention and cross-sell solutions, received the International Customer Management Institute's (ICMI's) 2006 Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) Best of Show award.

The XSell Customer Service Marketing platform was selected to receive the ACCE award by the editors of Call Center Magazine because it is like CRM, but super-focused, "making the process of identifying sales opportunities more scientific."

The XSell platform enables financial institutions to create and prioritize unique offers for financial services products using customer and public-record information. These customized offers are extended through unique messages presented at the point of contact through the use of desktop information and guides. The platform works on various customer service touch points such as call centers, Web sites and interactive voice response units (IVRs).
