| Asia World-Expo Global Sources opened the China Sourcing Fair: Gifts & Home Products, its largest trade show ever. The Fair, which runs through Oct. 22 at AsiaWorld-Expo, features over 4, 000 booths, including more than 1, 400 suppliers from mainland China. More than 35, 000 buyers have pre-registered to attend the Fair including representatives from American Greetings, Best Buy, Coles Myer, JCPenney, Kingfisher, LEGO, Li & Fung, MeadWestvaco, Newell Rubbermaid, Staples, Wedgwood and Woolworths. The organization represents 17 of the world's top 25 retailers. Among them are Carrefour, the second-largest retailer in the world; Sears, the third-largest general retailer in the United States; and Metro, Germany's largest retailer.
