Presence Technology To Present At Annual Call Center Exhibition
Presence Technology, a global company specializing in optimizing contact center performance, will be presenting their suite of solutions for Contact Centers at the Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) on September 11-13th in Seattle, Washington.
The company will exhibit at the event in booth 233, where it will announce the worldwide launch of version 6.0 of its product suite. This release will include the presentation of Presence OpenGate, based on the powerful, Asterisk open source platform. OpenGate is a new component that allows an existing contact center to deploy a flexible and cost-effective telephony solution.
OpenGate may interface to the standard telephone network (PSTN), existing PBX/ACD systems as well as Voice over IP to provide a complete contact center solution in software that includes everything required to deliver high quality voice solutions while meeting the needs of an enterprise contact center.
In addition, Presence will present new features for the Presence Scripting tool and improvements in the communication protocols. These enhancements are aimed at improving scalability and integration capabilities with third party providers.
