IGEL Reports Record Growth; Elevates Jed Ayres to Global CEO Ayres has been instrumental in IGEL’s pivot from a hardware-centric to a software-first company, a transition that is driving triple-digit growth Reading, UK. Feb. 6, 2020 – IGEL, provider of the next-gen edge OS for cloud workspaces, today announced record results for 2019, continuing its rapid pace of expansion and software license adoption. For the year ending December 31, 2019, IGEL realised more than 200% growth, year-over-year, in software units sold and 35% revenue growth, worldwide, supported by IGEL’s growing channel partner ecosystem. “At IGEL, we see a world where people can work, when and where they want, without boundaries or limitations when accessing their desired applications and data, ” said IGEL Founder and Board Member, Heiko Gloge. “The rapid rise of IGEL demonstrates that we are successfully capitalising on a perfect storm of opportunity in the end user computing and cloud workspaces market.
