Cornerstone to Present at Learning Technologies UK 2019

Company to showcase its latest learning technology innovations and lead engaging sessions on modern learning

LONDON – 6th February, 2019 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, today announced the company’s participation at Learning Technologies 2019. The event will be held at the ExCel London on 13th and 14th February.

Cornerstone (stand no. E10 in Hall 1), a top sponsor at the event, will demonstrate the company’s Learning Suite, the world-leading modern learning system, as well as its content subscription service, Content Anytime. Conference delegates are invited to meet with Cornerstone executives to discover how HR can innovate and inspire a happy and engaged workforce.

Additionally, Cornerstone will share expertise and insight on industry trends, best practices and the technology that’s shaping the new skills economy in the following conference sessions:

Wednesday, 13th February:
• 11:00 am to 11:30 am, Theatre 1
o Demo session 1: Living the modern learning experience
Organisations need to keep up with the demands of employees, exponential changes in technology, and a competitive market, all whilst continually addressing the skills gaps. In this session, Mark Lamswood, regional director of content services, Cornerstone and Tricia Leigh, solution consultant manager, Cornerstone, will demonstrate Cornerstone Learning Suite, a modern learning solution that aims to create an engaging learning experience for employees and give companies a competitive advantage in learning.

o Content Curation: Building a self-directed learning culture where employees drive their own development
In this session, AXA (one of Cornerstone’s clients) will be sharing its experience in how the company transformed its learning culture. Helen Thomas, learning technologies consultant, and Tom Bailey, learning experience manager at AXA, will be talking about how they enhanced the learner experience, and identified and designed the most innovative, effective content to meet employees demands.

Thursday, 14th February:

o Demo session 2: Living the modern learning experience
Organisations need to keep up with the demands of employees, exponential change in technology, and a competitive market, all whilst continually addressing the skills gaps. o The four archetypes of innovation – insights from the 2018 IDC Research Report
How can learning and HR professionals best orchestrate innovation? In this session, Geoffroy de Lestrange, associate director, product marketing, Cornerstone, will discuss the key findings and share insights from the report.
• 1:55 pm to 3:05 pm, Conference Room 5
o T5S5 – Learning systems
In this session, Tom Dove-Wallington, director of learning and development, Springer Nature (another of Cornerstone’s clients), will be participating in a panel discussion with four other learning practitioners: Michael Redford, LMS program lead, Mettler-Toledo International Inc; Michael Vincent, head of talent & training, Travel Counsellors; Steph Wild, LMS manager, York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; and Anthony Williams, global learning design manager, Costa Coffee. The panel will discuss the impact that a learning system and other learning technologies can have on an organisation and its people.
