“Survitec has achieved significant growth over the last 7 years due to our acquisition strategy, seeing our employee base triple, ” said Claire McNamara, European HR director, Survitec. “To support the integration of all our businesses and to create a platform for further growth, we needed one integrated, flexible and state-of-the-art HR system. After going live rapidly on Cornerstone HR, we’re already seeing the benefits. It is the only system that reports globally for us. Having begun the process of consolidating and standardising our processes, we have begun to see a reduction in the amount of HR admin which will allow the team to focus on core business goals”.

Headquartered in Paris and with many regional offices, their 400 employees manage bank performing and non-performing loans of all kinds and of any size (from a few hundred to several million euros). “MCS recently acquired DSOgroup. We have ambitious plans for growth – with an increase of our headcount up to 1, 800 employees by 2020 - and to support this we needed to simplify and standardise our HR management processes”, said Anne Denuelle, group HR director, MCS/DSO. “We selected Cornerstone HCM as the best solution on the market to help us digitally transform our business. The flexibility of the solution was particularly adapted to our medium size group with an external growth strategy. We are realising efficiencies and more transparency of our workforce”.
