Silobreaker adds Grey Matter to its growing roster of partners

New channel programme gains momentum as Silobreaker signs more new partners

London – 11th October 2018 – Silobreaker, a technology company that provides products and services that aggregate, analyse and contextualise open source digital information, today announced that it has just signed a new UK and Ireland channel partner, Grey Matter. Grey Matter’s reputation has been built on the quality, breadth and independence of its software, licensing expertise and services which it has been providing since it was founded by a group of developers in 1983. Today the organisation prides itself on providing trusted software licensing advice and cloud services to businesses of all sizes, supporting them throughout the many stages of their journey. A financially strong, stable and successful UK-owned business, Grey Matter has a wealth of experienced and accredited staff helping organisations to scale, decrease costs and increase profits, which is one of the reasons that Silobreaker was keen to partner.

Grey Matter has a strong portfolio of enterprise customers which it supports with all their software and security needs. Businesses who are investigating or are already involved in cyber threat intelligence need to have visibility of all the key threats, risks and incidents at their fingertips. Silobreaker’s monitoring and data analysis capabilities will help Grey Matter to grow and evolve those relationships. This new relationship sees Grey Matter selling Silobreaker to its substantial roster of customers and prospects.

Matthew Whitton, Managing Director, Grey Matter, comments: “Having been at the forefront of the software industry since 1983 Grey Matter has to continuously research and review new solutions. We are very excited to be partnering with Silobreaker who not only bring a modern approach to cyber threat analysis but the efficiency in the way it delivers information can really change a business. We identified that having a progressive open source intelligence solution would bring major benefits to a number of our customers, and Silobreaker certainly fits the bill.”

Since establishing a cyber presence in the UK in 2014, Silobreaker has been working with a select group of trusted partners to develop a best-of-breed channel programme in the region and currently has a customer renewal rate of 90 percent. With its new channel programme in place, partners like Grey Matter will be able to build recurring revenue streams and drive business growth with high margin opportunities and renewal protection. Grey Matter will have full access to Silobreaker’s portfolio of powerful tools and visualisations that cut through noise and analyse data from hundreds of thousands of open sources.

Commenting on the new partnership Kristofer Mansson, CEO, Silobreaker adds: “Grey Matter is an excellent addition to our partner programme. It is six months since we launched the programme and already we are seeing real momentum. A significant proportion of our business comes from outside the UK as we grow our customer portfolio in EMEA and the US. Grey Matter has an excellent new business team and is actively growing in Ireland which was of particular interest to us. I am looking forward to seeing this relationship develop in the coming months.”
