Logicalis Acquires CNI, one of Australia's Leading Microsoft Azure Partners London, 8 October 2018 – Logicalis Group, an international IT solutions and managed services provider, today announced its acquisition of CNI, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner. The acquisition of one of Australia’s leading Microsoft Azure partners will enable Thomas Duryea Logicalis (TDL), its Australian operation, to strengthen its capacity to provide customers with hybrid IT services and solutions in Azure public cloud. CNI has been a focussed Microsoft Azure partner since 2012 and is known for its technical expertise, flexibility in delivery and strong customer partnerships. The addition of CNI’s Azure experience, unique IP and highly prized Microsoft Tier 1 CSP certification will enable TDL to compete more effectively in the rapid build and deployment of Azure-based hybrid cloud applications. The combined CNI and TDL customer base will now benefit from access to increased capabilities, including security, managed services, project management governance and a wider range of supporting services.
