The initiative focuses on expanded application of Advanced Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in the area of Grey Route traffic identification with emphasis on predictive SIM Box detection. Backed by international industry leading experts, IVI has earned a world-class reputation for its work in the area of digital business transformation.

Spearheaded by Professor Martin Curley, Chair of Anam’s Innovation programme this exciting new collaboration will ensure that the company’s fraud detection portfolio remains best in class and first choice of Global Mobile Operators for A2P monetisation.

Co-founded by Intel Corporation and Maynooth University, IVI’s Innovation Management Assessment provided Anam with a benchmark of the current internal perception of innovation, along with recommendations and actions towards the development and implementation of a capability improvement plan.

Speaking recently at IVI’s Annual Member Summit in Dublin, Anam’s Chief Operations Officer, Alan Darcy, said: “The [innovation] capability was already present but we just weren’t capitalising on it across the business. Anam’s partnership with IVI focuses on the application to drive results. We have been working with the IVI to further develop the culture of innovation and has already reaped some very valuable tangible outcomes.”

Commenting on the partnership, Prof Curley said: “In the creation and delivery of our products and services we keep a constant eye on how innovative techniques can result in better ways to do things – better for our customers and better for our business. Embracing and reaping benefits from this culture of creative thinking has enabled Anam to achieve its leading market position and is essential to maintaining our competitive lead in growing our business in an expanding market”.
