Record year for IP EXPO Europe 2017 with increased focus on AI and Cyber

Leading enterprise IT event celebrates record attendance following launch of co-located events MACHINA Summit.AI and Cyber Security Europe

London, UK - 17 October 2017: IP EXPO Europe, Europe’s number one enterprise IT event, saw another year of record attendance at the 2017 event, with 15, 593 attendees visiting the show across two days at ExCeL London.

Visitors who attended this year’s event, now in its 12th year, had access to over 260 unique seminar sessions with some of the technology industries most influential and inspiring individuals. IP EXPO Europe 2017 also hosted the inaugural MACHINA Summit.AI and Cyber Security Europe, two co-located events focused on AI, analytics and IoT and cyber security - which gave attendees access to even more incredible exhibitors and speakers.

A captivating keynote from Professor Brian Cox on the intersection of IT and physics kicked off the two day event, whilst the crowds continued to gather for several other highlight sessions including: keynote talks from Stuart Russell, AI expert and professor of Electrical Engineering and computer Sciences and UC Berkeley; former chess grandmaster and Avast security ambassador, Garry Kasparov; people hacker and social engineering expert, Jenny Radcliffe; and comedian and identity theft victim Bennett Arron. IP EXPO Europe 2017 was also host to several lively panel debates on a raft of topics from IoT to tech jargon and from cyber security to DevOps.
