UNICOM Global division Macro 4 and RBC Group partner to offer business process automation solution in Australia and New Zealand Integrated offering will automate processes and workflow surrounding inbound and outbound documents and data Macro 4, a division of UNICOM Global, is announcing a new strategic partnership with RBC Business Solutions Pty Ltd in Australia. Under the agreement, the Australian company will integrate Macro 4’s technology to create a complete business process automation solution that will be offered to its existing and new customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. RBC Group, one of Australia’s largest independent and privately owned technology integrators, will integrate Macro 4’s Columbus enterprise information management (EIM) suite into its own docs2me business automation platform, a cloud-native, end-to-end application that automates the flow of work to optimize a variety of business processes. Docs2me delivers document and workflow automation that is easy to implement, configure, use and modify. Its automation capabilities increase productivity, shorten cycle times, improve compliance and control critical corporate content. Columbus will add the capability to capture, manage and deliver a wider range of enterprise content – such as outbound bills, statements and correspondence – as well as creating personalized documents at volume.
