Openet’s Real-time Offer Manager (RTOM) honoured for offering greater insight, personalised engagement and increased revenues

DUBLIN, Ireland – 10th April, 2017– Openet, a global leader in the supply of real-time BSS (business support systems) and customer engagement systems, has been awarded the ‘Most Innovative Data Monetisation Solution’ award for Real-time Offer Manager (RTOM) at the Policy Control Awards. Openet was selected from a list of finalists to receive the reputable industry prize at the ceremony on 4th April at the Maritim proArte Hotel in Berlin, Germany.

Openet RTOM was awarded the accolade in recognition of the solution’s ability to offer service providers greater insight, personalised engagement and increased revenues. It does this by enabling real-time offer presentation via intelligent contextual offer mapping. Upsell offers are triggered by real-time customer context (e.g. usage information, application access, location, profile etc) and sent in real-time to the customer device, which enhances offer relevance. The additional contextual awareness, along with the simplification of adding new more granular offers through RTOM, will lead to higher offer take-up and data revenues for operators.
