helloCash joins Star Micronics at EuroShop 2017 on Stand 6 / E41 High Wycombe, UK, 7 March 2017 International POS printer manufacturer Star Micronics announces that it will be joined by helloCash at EuroShop 2017 (5 - 9 March 2017, Messe Düsseldorf, Germany) on Stand 6 / E41. helloCash will be demonstrating its web-based POS application for retail and hospitality with Star’s TSP654II HI X printer with CloudPRNT™ technology as well as the SM-L200 and SM-S230i mobile printers with the Star WebPRNT™ Browser. helloCash is cash register software that meets the legal requirements of GoBD in Germany. The software is also suitable for the Czech Republic and Austria. helloCash software works on all existing iOS, Android & Windows devices including Smartphones, Tablets, PCs and Laptops. There is a “Freemium“ version of the software as well as an Intermediate (€4, 90 per month) and Premium version (€9, 90 per month). The TSP654II HI X printer with CloudPRNT technology can be used in a range of retail and hospitality applications for remote printing. Boasting a variety of connectivity options and Development Tools, the HI X interface provides a versatile future-proof solution. WiFi, USB and Ethernet connections can all be used concurrently with the printer printing on a first come, first served basis. Star CloudPRNT enables remote printing directly and securely from a web server to Star printers anywhere in the world without the need for a local POS terminal or PC, avoiding complicated network configurations. Enhanced functionality is now available for Star’s latest Bluetooth mobile printers SM-S230i and SM-L200 with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity for iOS users of the SM-L200, enabling multi-tablet use capability. Both printers are supported by Star’s WebPRNT Browser, a solution that offers simple platform agnostic receipt printing direct from web-based applications and is available on the App Store and Google Play. WebPRNT is part of Star’s suite of software tools providing feature-rich solutions that work above existing POS software, offer power and paper saving features, effective marketing tools as well as ease of integration.
