cVidya Launches Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Solutions for Mobile Payments and App Stores

cVidya Networks announced the launch of their Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management solutions for Mobile Payments and App Stores. The new solutions were showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2011 in Barcelona.

With the increase in use of mobiles for transactions, cVidya's solution for Mobile Payments addresses the key concerns of CSPs and financial institutions as well as their customers. It covers issues such as revenue leakages, credit-balance mismatch at the accounts level, reporting discrepancies, overpayments, lost transactions, inaccurate adjustments, as well as irregular or suspicious service activities such as fraud (both internal and external) and theft.

The 2nd launched solution - for App Stores - addresses challenges such as Revenue Assurance for Refund Settlement, Revenue Assurance for B2B, Revenue Share and Dispute Management and Subscription Fraud identification facing the CSP, subscriber and App owner.

Both solutions detect and prevent revenue leakages and fraudulent activities and automatically update the service platform to stop illegal or harmful activities. They provide an investigation environment for both revenue assurance and fraud teams and intuitive, user customized dashboards that present drill down to the root cause or problems, predefined and ad-hoc reports as well as immediate notifications of alerts to relevant personnel.
