Top Hosting Center to Offer CloudLinux on its Solutions

Cloud Linux announces that Top Hosting Center, a cloud-hosting provider based in Montreal, Canada, will offer CloudLinux as one of its standard Linux Operating Systems on its cloud solutions, including its Cloud Sites and Cloud Servers offerings. CloudLinux was selected by Top Hosting Center because of the increased density and stability that CloudLinux can provide to its cloud hosting offering. As a new CloudLinux partner, Top Hosting marks the ninth service provider partnership within the first 90 days of the CloudLinux launch.

Top Hosting Center's Cloud Sites package fills the gap between traditional shared hosting and full dedicated server offerings. The Cloud Sites package provides all the benefits of high availability and robust enterprise-class hosting at an affordable price. By leveraging CloudLinux's Lightweight Virtual Environment (LVE) technology, Top Hosting Center can further deliver increased performance and stability across all of its hosting options.

The core technology behind CloudLinux OS is its Lightweight Virtual Environment a kernel-level technology that limits the amount of resources (CPU, I/O, memory) available to a group of processes. This ensures that each account on a shared server is allocated enough CPU resources to run efficiently without jeopardizing the other tenants on that server.

With LVE, administrators now have the tools to control the CPU and IO demands of individual tenants, so that a single site cannot slow or take down a whole server. Compatible with major control panels for easy management and deployment, CloudLinux offers cloud and dedicated server hosting providers with increased server control and stability.
