Triage Services Signs Agreement with Assurant Solutions

Triage Services announces it is to provide a fully managed return-to-base repair service to Assurant Solutions, a specialist in the provision of extended product warranty and equipment protection programmes to UK retailers.

Designed to deliver a worry-free, seamless experience for consumers, Assurant Solutions' programmes provide high street retailers with risk transfer, full warranty administration, technical product support, and after marketing support for a range of desktop computing products.

Under the agreement, Triage Services will be responsible for the in-store collection, repair, and return-to-store delivery of PCs and laptops — including LCD and TFT monitors — and desktop printers on behalf of Assurant's UK retail customer network. Assurant's customer support team will utilise Triage's web-based reporting system to undertake real-time job tracking and customer relationship management.
