Supported247.com has announced the launch of Total Care, a 100% fixed fee, full proactive monitoring, IT Support package for the small and medium sized companies. The package provides its clients with their own virtual IT Department.
The service fee includes:
· All remote support;
· All on-site support;
· Access to technicians Monday – Friday 08:00 to 20:00;
· 24 hour access to the help desk via the web;
· Full Pro|Active monitoring of all your systems;
· System and security patch management;
· 24 hour access to technical assistance available.
The Total Care Service is available on a 12 month contract, guaranteed by a Service Level Agreement.
