cVidya Networks Finalizes a Managed Services Project for a Tier 1 Operator in Asia

cVidya Networks has finalized the first phase of a large scale managed services project for a tier 1 operator in Asia. The project is conducted in a region with 25 million subscribers covering both fixed and mobile services for usage and configuration reconciliation tasks. In the next phases the project is planed to be extended to other regions

The service is run and managed by local cVidya RA experts and local professional services. The cVidya team provide both 'Back Office' and 'Front Office' resources, with deliveries including validated findings, reports, root cause analysis and an operational case managed environment to ensure the issues are efficiently resolved. On-going changes are supported to ensure the service continues to meet changing customer demands with maximum levels of satisfaction. During the first 3 months of operations the project achieved a substantial reduction in leakage of 90% across all services in scope (fixed and mobile). The customer estimates a very short ROI of 4 months.

All findings were adopted by the operator and implemented in order to fix the problems.

cVidya's MoneyMap Revenue Assurance Solution enables operators to correlate and consolidate information from all network, operations and business systems. Through an ongoing process, it automatically detects problem areas in which profit margins are decreasing as a result of revenue leakage, data inconsistencies or resources that are not being used efficiently, leading to substantial revenue loss. Once MoneyMap identifies the areas of revenue leakage and resource inefficiency, it provides the user with intuitive tools to promptly correct and manage the problems to achieve profit maximization.
