2X ApplicationServer's Mac Client Released

Apple Mac OS X users can now run Windows applications seamlessly on their desktop with 2X ApplicationServer's Mac Client. The 2X ApplicationServer is available for free for up to 5 connections here.

Until now, Apple Macintosh users could only run Windows applications installing locally virtualization software such as, VMware, Parallels or use Apple's Boot Camp solution. This type of software typically needs a lot of resources and is difficult to configure. However, with 2X ApplicationServer, any Windows application or desktop can be run via a secure SSL connection from a Microsoft Terminal Server on Mac desktops using any LAN or Internet connection by installing the very light 2X Mac Client.

2X ApplicationServer tunnels any Windows application or desktop onto remote computers, including Mac and Linux desktops without the need to install the application or desktop onto each user's machine. This saves significantly on administration and on support.
