| Bubble Motion Announces Partnership with Turkcell Bubble Motion has announced an agreement with Turkcell, a Turkish mobile communications provider, to launch its voice SMS service, KonusGonder. BubbleTALK usage has been an overwhelming success story, with mobile operators globally offering the service to more than 140 million subscribers to date. This partnership means that all Turkcell subscribers will be able to record and send short voice messages to their friends, families or business contacts, in a very similar manner to sending text messages.
