Sun Life Financial Of Canada Chooses CallML

Sun Life Financial UK (SLF UK), a business unit of Sun Life Financial of Canada, has chosen CallML as its electronic ID verification solution. The organisation has been using Callcredit's award winning solution for six months now, after it came out top in testing with similar products on the market.

SLF UK required a service which would effectively verify an individual's identity when a 'trigger event' such as a change in address occurred at the time of payout on an account. The electronic check provided by CallML dramatically cut down the amount of paper work previously required to verify these details, providing SLFUK customers with an enhanced, no hassle customer experience.

SLF UK currently outsources its 'closed book' operation to Vertex Financial Services who ultimately use the software. David Child, Managing Director of Life, Pensions and Distribution at Vertex Financial Services said: "After trialling a number of solutions for SLF UK, we recommended CallML as it offers an excellent level of support and provides reliable results at a competitive cost. Training was simple and user friendly, and it was apparent that putting the process into our existing procedures would be virtually seamless."
