Flektor Incorporates MySpace Log-In Information

Flektor, a provider of Web-based media editing tools and a unit of Fox Interactive Media, has announced the official integration of MySpace log-ins into Flektor. MySpace users can now use their MySpace ID and password to access Flektor's Full Editor without registering separately. As part of this integration, users can automatically add media to their page or use newly-created Flektor content to create slideshows on profile pages. Photo and video enthusiasts can also utilize Flektor's tools to create advanced slideshows, videos, polls and quizzes from new content or photos and videos previously uploaded to MySpace.

Flektor brings together a set of production-quality media tools in one location, including:
- Photo hosting;
- Slideshows;
- Video editing with live previews;
- Webcam broadcasting;
- Quizzes and polls;
- Integrated chat/IM system;
- Media storage.

Flektor's live broadcasting system ensures that edits are made in real time without the need to re-post data. The site offers both an easy-to-use Quick Start Editor and Movie Editor to accommodate different levels of user needs and expertise. With built-in media storage, users have the freedom to easily create mash-ups or other types of user-generated media clips without the cost or complexity of storing and managing files elsewhere. Once created, these presentations can also be distributed by email or placed on any number of blogs, auction sites, social networks or photo sharing sites.
