3D Systems announces that leading customers will share innovative architectural, dental and jewelry applications of 3D Systems' 3-D Modeling technology at the 3D Systems World Conference from September 24-27, 2007, in Rock Hill, S.C.

Among the speakers will be Fon Davis of Fonco Design and Fabrication who will give a presentation on Fonco's use of 3D Systems' InVision 3-D Modelers to build architectural models. Davis initially purchased the system to create models for apartment buildings in the downtown Dubai Sports City District. He will also describe how he creates miniatures for music videos, commercials, television and movies.

"I will outline 3-D printing, scanning and techniques applied at Fonco Design and Fabrication for miniatures with a focus on architectural applications", said Davis, who is among the world-renowned speakers who will share their knowledge, experience, innovation and success with 3D Systems' solutions.

3D Systems World Conference attendees will learn about dental applications using 3D Systems' InVision DP Modeler at a presentation by John Higgins of 3Shape and Steve Daggett of D&S Dental Laboratory. Higgins will touch upon how 3Shape's user-friendly technology transforms lab operations. Preparing and casting jewelry patterns on the InVision HR 3-D Modeler will be the topic of a presentation by Mark Kosek of CAD Blu West.
