InvisibleCRM Releases ContentBridge

InvisibleCRM has enhanced its product offering with the new technology that empowers users with actual data when they most need it. The smart automation extends Microsoft Outlook by adding content-centric capabilities next to each email. Such automation will be delivered on top of existing OutlookBridge technology, which is successfully provided by InvisibleCRM.

InvisibleCRM has been famous for its native integration of business applications with desktop environments. Having achieved success with multiple ISVs, InvisibleCRM continues to push idea of melding instead of integration and says that it is still important to access corporate data from a natural user environment, but it is much more important to have that information at a user's fingertips at the right moment.

ContentBridge technology enables users to process business emails and documents in the context of customer related information. The innovative technology parses MS Outlook messages, tags them automatically, highlights data objects, and provides users with the most relevant information. Users are able to take an immediate action – react on event, update information, share it with colleagues, log a call, schedule an appointment, etc.
