Syntax-Brillian Introduces New 65" 1080p LCD HDTV

Brillian is introducing its new 65" 1080p LCD HDTV aimed at the ProAV/home theater market utilizing the state-of-the-art Silicon Optix Realta HQV video processor at the InfoComm exhibition in Anaheim, Calif. Designated the Olevia 665i, the product is the company's first offering of an LCD HDTV larger than 50" in North America and is the first large area display to utilize the HQV processor.

In addition to its advanced Silicon Optix Realta HQV video processor, the new Olevia 665i HDTV features:
- Full complement of inputs (2 HDMI, 2 Component, Composite and VGA inputs);
- Provides RS232 control for use in networked applications or home automation installations;
- Firmware upgradeable via USB;
- Olevia Big Picture Technology to reduce overscan and enable consumers to enjoy more of the image;
- Wide viewing angle;
- Thin bezel design with removable speakers enables the set to adapt to a variety of applications and viewing environments;
- Optional wall mount for custom installations.
