BELNET Selects StayinFront CRM Solution

StayinFront has won a new contract with BELNET, the Belgian national research network that provides high-bandwidth Internet connection to Belgian universities, colleges, schools, research centres and government departments. Currently, approximately 550,000 end users in more than 150 Belgian institutions have a high-speed Internet connection via BELNET.

BELNET selected StayinFront CRM because it provides a solution that will manage all contact, product, order, contract, billing, supplier and customer support data that BELNET has been using several information systems to handle. BELNET cited StayinFront's proven track record with business-to-business CRM, web accessibility, easily created segments and processes, and an impressive array of features as key elements that differentiated it from its competition and secured the development, implementation, training and three-year service contract.
