| Outsmart Appoints Jacob Bros as Sales Vice President Outsmart has announced the appointment of Jacob Bros as Vice President of Sales. Jacob will focus on growing and executing sales initiatives and strengthening the company's relationships with service providers. Jacob brings more than twenty years of business experience to Outsmart, of which ten years were spent in intimate familiarity with the Telecom Industry. Prior to his position at Outsmart, Jacob served as Vice President of Sales at Unipier, a mobile service delivery middleware provider, and as Vice President for Vodafone at Comverse, where he was in charge of the company's business and relationship with the entire Vodafone family of operators.
