| Convergys Named to Global Outsourcing 100 List Convergys announces the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals' (IAOP) has selected Convergys as one of the world's best outsourcing service providers. The IAOP named Convergys to its second annual ranking of the World's Best Outsourcing Service Providers - The Global Outsourcing 100. The list includes the biggest and best companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services. The IAOP named Convergys to the Global Outsourcing 100 based in part on the following criteria: - The value Convergys brings to its clients' customer experience; - The depth and breadth of Convergys competencies demonstrated through industry recognition, relevant certifications, and investment in the development of people, process, and technologies; - The experience and accomplishments of Convergys' executive team, and its investment in management systems that ensure outsourcing success. The IAOP announced the companies named to the Global Outsourcing 100 list at the 2007 Outsourcing World Summit in Las Vegas.
