Cubic IT Launches ProRefer

From its base on the outskirts of Sheffield, Cubic IT has launched ProRefer, a new service designed to help solicitors convert enquiries into instructions and increase referrals from other professionals. ProRefer has already delivered impressive results for North-West solicitors Wallwork & Company, more than doubling the number of quotes they issue and converting up to 85% of them into instructions every month.

Wallwork & Company had invested in a case management system to help deal with the increasing amount of conveyancing work handled by the firm. With this in place, the partners wanted to drive more work through the system to maximise their return on investment. They also wanted to anticipate increasing competition for their conveyancing services and look at how they could attract more referrals from other businesses. The partners knew their key challenge was to improve how they dealt with clients before instructions-to create a first impression that made Wallwork & Company stand out from its competitors. They decided to implement ProRefer, a new CRM-based referrals and lead management system from Cubic IT and it has paid dividends.
