DirectView to Introduce High-Definition Videoconferencing Solutions

DirectView has announced that they will be introducing the newly released High-Definition Web-enable videoconferencing system from Sony (SNE) and Polycom (PLCM), HD videoconferencing solution bringing greater speed and clarity to offices and conference rooms across the nation and around the world. The announcement was made by Roger Ralston, DirectView General Manager.

DirectView is launching these advanced HD videoconferencing solutions to satisfy a wide range of applications including Corporate/Financial (Interviewing, Marketing, and Board/Shareholder Meetings); Education/Distance Learning; Medical Teaching; Law/Justice (Arraignments/Court Appearances, Depositions, Expert Testimony); and many others. High costs of travel and difficult logistics were the original driving factors behind adoption of video communications technology by business, industry and institutions, and today those same forces are putting ever-increasing stress on productivity. The demand for higher standards of performance to meet these challenges, and decreasing costs of technology, are ushering a new era in high-definition videoconferencing from established brands with instant market recognition and acceptance, and offered by full-service providers such as DirectView.
