Comodo Selects Paulo Kaiser to Lead Company's Operations

Comodo has announced that Paulo Kaiser has joined the management team of Comodo as Vice President of Operations. Paulo comes to Comodo with deep expertise in the management of global Operations and he will be responsible for customer support, technology infrastructure procurement and provisioning, validation and web development. Additionally, Paulo is leading the enterprise business transformation initiative for Comodo, which focuses on enhancing the company's delivery of business value through cross-functional improvements in operating efficiency and productivity.

Paulo comes to Comodo from Riskclick, an enterprise business process management software company funded by Advent Ventures, where he was VP of Development and Operations leading the company's international engineering, support, QA and infrastructure teams. Previous to that, he was at Gist Communications as VP of Operations, helping develop electronic program guides and related iTV software products for the digital television industry for such clients as Echostar, Digeo and Shaw Communications.

Paulo has a Master of Science, Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration from New York University, and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University cum laude. He is adjunct faculty at NYU's Masters program in Direct and Interactive Marketing where he lectures on operations management and customer service, as well as serving as an advisor to start-up software companies in the NYU Stern incubator. Paulo speaks Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish and French.
