'Dukes of Hazzard' and 'Enter the Dragon' Debut on HD DVD

Debuting July 11, "Dukes of Hazzard" will be Warner Home Video's (WHV) second HD DVD title with the new In-Movie Experience feature (IME). IME raises the bar of interactivity, allowing viewers to enjoy new ways of accessing interviews and other material - while the movie is running - to find out more about the filmmaking process. The IME for "Dukes of Hazzard" takes you on a trouble-making, car-crashing, barroom-brawling in-movie viewing experience. Also making its HD DVD debut the same day will be the classic film starring Bruce Lee, "Enter the Dragon".

The box office hit, "Dukes of Hazzard", which grossed more than $80 million at the domestic box office, tells the story of the Bo, Luke, and Daisy Duke, three cousins on a mission to save their family farm in Hazzard County. Starring Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott and Jessica Simpson as the famous Dukes, the cast also includes Burt Reynolds, Joe Don Baker, Lynda Carter and Willie Nelson as the loveable Uncle Jessie.

Also being brought to HD DVD is "Enter the Dragon", starring Bruce Lee, one of the greatest martial arts/action adventure stars in the history of film. In this, his signature film and most popular, Lee plays an intelligence agency recruit who goes undercover as a Karate tournament contestant to infiltrate a drug trafficking ring.

All bonus materials on the Standard Definition versions of both these titles will be included on the HD DVD versions.

Warner Home Video HD DVDs offer resolution six times higher than standard definition DVDs, extraordinarily vibrant contrast and color in addition to beautifully crisp sound. HD DVD also provides a new level of interactivity, giving instant access to extra features with the debut of a seamless menu-bar that allows viewers to enjoy features and settings without leaving or interrupting the film.
