PIKA Technologies Supports Non-Facility Associated Signaling

PIKA Technologies Inc. has announced the release of a new version of their SDK which supports Non-Facility Associated Signaling (NFAS) and other SIP enhancements. PIKA MonteCarlo SDK provides a comprehensive platform for the development of sophisticated voice applications in a Windows or Linux environment. It integrates with PIKA's suite of analog and digital boards for both DSP and host-based processing, in TDM, IP or mixed TDM/IP networks.

The Non-Facility Associated Signaling (NFAS) feature in the latest SDK release allows a single T1 D-channel to support signalling for multiple digital spans.

PIKA supported hardware include the PIKA line of digital T1 E1 PCI and cPCI boards., as well as high and low density analog boards PIKA MonteCarlo SDK release 6.4 is now available for download, along with the standard set of application tools for testing and setup, on the PIKA Developer Zone. Direct from PIKA technical support for the SDK is also available at no charge.
