ATP Introduces ProMax 4GB CompactFlash

Adding to its series CompactFlash card lineup, ATP has announced the availability of its 4GB ProMax CompactFlash memory cards. With the data transfer speed rated at up to 22.5MB/s (150X), the ProMax CF card is the fastest CF card in the market today and is specially designed to maximize the performance of the latest digital SLR cameras and video camcorders such as the Nikon D2X, D2H, D200, D100, D70, the Canon EOS series SLR cameras such as 5D, 20D, 30D, etc., and JVC camcorders.

Following the introduction of the 2GB ProMax CF card in December 2005. the 4GB card will also allow for super quick file transfers and seamless multimedia streaming, especially crucial in professional and high-end prosumer level photographic applications.

The ProMax 4GB CF cards will be available starting in mid-April 2006, complementing the existing ProMax CF cards with capacities ranging from 512MB to 2GB. ProMax 8GB CF cards are expected to be introduced by the end of the year.
