ECONZ Wireless Introduces Timecard X

ECONZ Wireless announces its next-generation wireless time card management software, Timecard X. Now, small-to-medium sized business users across many industries benefit from a new mapping function and individualized task assignments to better manage the activities of mobile workers using cellular phones.

The mapping functionality of Timecard X gives organizations visual representations of task locations to increase the ability to efficiently manage mobile teams and individuals. Made possible via web-based drag-and-drop technology using Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), the mapping feature in Timecard X represents a huge leap forward for web-based mobile time tracking applications with functionality previously seen only in very high-end mapping applications.

The mapping feature in Timecard X also allows project managers to assign different addresses to each task item. Individual users log time spent on tasks at unique addresses for precise mobile time tracking details.

With Timecard X, each field service team can have its own tasks lists. The software makes it possible to control which tasks are available at a particular time or to specific individuals. This allows project managers to set up unique tasks lists or matter listings for each team to reduce the chances of confusion over how to log time spent.

Timecard X includes a new Knowledge Base database of information through which users access an extensive library of help pages and solutions to address unique time tracking needs and circumstances.

The new features in Timecard X build on the functionality of ECONZ Wireless' Timecard, a two-part web-based software product that enables mobile workers to log clock-in times, break times, job categories, and clock-out times in addition to accessing past and present timesheet information. Timecard eliminates the need for paperwork in time tracking transactions. It also is suited for employees who are on a site for long periods of time where Timecard customers capture their task and time information without having to go back to the office. Timecard helps administrators and project managers by enabling them to view the status of their employees at any time for accurate budgeting and customer service responses.
