DataJungle Software and Microsoft Host Seminars

DataJungle Software has announced that Microsoft and DataJungle will be hosting a series of seminars geared to senior IT decision-makers. The seminars will focus on how a new class of BI software can quickly and practically deliver the value that traditional tools have so often failed to provide.

The first seminar, to be held in Ottawa on March 8, 2006 at Microsoft Canada, is entitled: Towards an Agile Government: Delivering on the Promise of Business Intelligence. Microsoft will be inviting all of its leading customers and prospects to the event from all government departments. Topics covered will include:

-- The new Microsoft SQL Server 2005-based business intelligence platform;
-- The DataJungle Matrix front end environment for SQL Server 2005 - which encompasses dashboarding, analysis, reporting, scorecards, collaboration, and annotation;
-- A discussion of why traditional BI approaches have often failed todeliver the promised benefits;
-- A discussion of why the combination of Matrix and SQL Server 2005represents a new generation of comprehensive, practical, and flexible BIsoftware that breaks the barriers associated with traditional tools;
-- A demonstration of Matrix integrated with the Microsoft BI platform, and examples of how some large enterprises are using Matrix to delivercritical information throughout their organizations.
