Sysinfo Lab Releases ASTRA32 v1.30

ASTRA32 is a specialty application for computer technicians and regular users who need to quickly get complete information about current PC configuration, such as CPU, motherboard, hard disks, S.M.A.R.T., CD/DVD devices, SCSI devices, memory modules, chipset, BIOS, PCI/AGP, USB and ISA/PnP devices, DMI/SMBIOS, monitor, video card, sound card, network card, printer, and programs installed.

The unique advantage of ASTRA32 is the fact that it is Windows Registry independent. Instead, the program obtains information directly from hardware. Thus, it detects devices that aren't documented nor have drivers associated with them installed.

Another handy feature ASTRA32 comes with is hard-drive status checker. The program analyzes S.M.A.R.T. parameters and informs the users if the hard-drive is in good or bad condition. More tech-savvy users can use the program to get direct access to all S.M.A.R.T. parameters, including drives with external UDMA/SATA controllers.

ASTRA32 works in both 32 and 64 bit environments and has been tested extensively with Windows XP x64 Edition и Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition operating systems. The program also comes with a DOS version specially created for the repair professionals.

The software is frequently updated to include information on new processors and devices as they come out. ASTRA32 also works in batch mode and can build/store configuration reports for each PC.

ASTRA32 v1.30 is distributed electronically over the Internet; free demo version is available athttp://www.astra32.com/for evaluation.
